Likely Democratic primary voters - especially those who live downtown, on the Near North and Near West sides, and in similar communities outside the City of Chicago - need to read in the mail that Jason Friedman will go to Washington to take on Trump and MAGA Republicans to improve our economy and bring good jobs to our community, better our schools, and tackle gun violence. Specifically, they need to learn that:

• He has experience solving tough problems, and in Congress he will deliver for our communities by working to tackle gun violence, addressing the root causes of crime, and making sure our students and teachers have the resources they need to succeed.

• He’s running to do things differently in Washington, take on Trump in a real way and not sit idly by as he harms our communities and increases costs. 

  

• He knows what it takes to make our economy work for everyone and create good jobs that provide for a family: he’s created tens of thousands of good-paying union jobs in the Chicago area and gets things done.
